Air France recently launched its new lower-cost subsidiary called Joon, an innovation laboratory, that is specifically targeting well-travelled forever young customers. The proper Joon proposition is to be an actif laboratory for current innovations for Air France-KLM group, to make the customer experience flexible, personalized and tailor-made to enhance the customer journey. Today, Joon is mainly focused on the disruptive Artificial Intelligence and the onboard connectivity.
We’re searching solutions to enrich the home to home customer journey in an easy, profitable and valuable way. Due to the impending onboard connectivity of Joon’s planes (2018-2019), you should propose a connected based product or service to enhance rather the personal devices’ experience or the customer onboard connected experience.
We’re looking for services that can help us for:
- Assisting passengers
- Enables a better customer experience off-board and/or on-board
Today, Joon got one connected short-haul plane A320 and intend to expand to long-haul planes by 2019. Technically your proposal could be plugged on watches, board mobile passes, or Joon’s application & website... Proposal using AI technology, IoT and connectivity, can be considered as a plus for this contest.
